We had the a twin room provided with excellent shower and a mini fridge, for example. The location of the hotel was unbeatable, close to restaurants. Moreover, it's really close to the train tracks, public areas and Knoxville.

The staff was great, except for the manager who wouldn't put out the pancake mix I wanted. Breakfast was good, with homemade biscuits and gravy that tasted amazing. The location was perfect for visiting family, close to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and with beautiful views. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the quietness of the hotel and the comfortable bed.
Felt warm, but no complaints overall.

Fairly clean hotel, satisfactory breakfast, spotless rooms. The staff were very very helpful and assisted with free parking. Great service at the dining area! The pool area was nice too. Location near to Knoxville.

my recent stay at comfort inn in harriman was even better than before! the breakfast was delicious and the bed was incredibly comfy. i actually slept well, which is rare for me when i'm away from home. the staff was super helpful and understanding when my grandson accidentally hit the panic button in the elevator. thank you to all the staff for being so nice!

I had a great stay at this hotel! Firstly, the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable considering the quality of the room and the service provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The hotel looked newly remodeled and everything was sparkling clean. Lastly, the location was very convenient. It was situated in a great spot with plenty of places to eat nearby. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value, cleanliness, and location.
The only downside was the lack of storage in the room. It would have been nice to have a chest or armoire to store our belongings.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom and TV set were particularly good. The room had a refrigerator, tea, and coffee making equipment. The hotel is in an excellent location in Harriman, with a short walk to Harriman attractions, stores, and restaurants.

The scrambled eggs were moist and cooked perfectly. Louise, the friendly breakfast attendant, took the time to explain her cooking process. The staff made our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel.
